RERA Service is extended to both the Builders / Developers and Individual Owners / Buyers and SecureProp is one of the RERA consultants in the city.

For Builders / Developers

• Educating the developer / builder about the required documents, formalities and regulations to be complied with.
• Team SecureProp will assist builders / developers  to upload documents, obtain clearances and liason with RERA authorities for registration.
• Team SecureProp will assist the builder / developer in adhering to the RERA Act during the course of  project execution and liason with the RERA authorties for compliance related issues.

For Indvidual Owners / Buyers

• SecureProp team will help the buyers / owners of apartments, plots and villas to raise any grievances against the builders / developers like refunds araising out of delay in project completion, discrepancy in specifications or any irregularities with sanctions and  also represent them in RERA  courts for redressal.
• Educating the prospective buyer about  RERA-approved projects.
