Mr. Pavan Kumar T

Co-founder and CEO

Pavan has 7 years of experience in handling senior engineering positions in Morgan Stanley in India and Canada. He has a computer science Engineering degree from Sathyabama University, Chennai and a MS from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada. He is a dedicated, goal driven and an honest entrepreneur who is working hard towards making SecureProp a market leader. When he is not working, Pavan can be found sweating it out on a basketball court.

 

Mrs. Divya R

Co-founder and COO

Divya is a BE (Arch) and has various skill sets. She is good with people management and has all the qualities of a professional entrepreneur. She is one of the driving forces behind SecureProp and is handling the building sanctions and compliance team.

 

Ms. Ramya R

Co-founder and CMO

Ramya is a B.Com graduate with specialisation in marketing and additional certification in management from Jain University, Ramya comes with a niche EST diploma from BOSCH. She is young and goal driven. Ramya is incharge of verified properties advisory team.

Mr. Ramesh K

On board we have Ramesh K, a qualified engineer. He is a name well known in the Bangalore  public movement circle. The Jayadeva-Namma Metro train realignment project which saw a national level public campaign was driven by Ramesh. He is the man to be credited with saving nearly hundred prime properties in BTM Layout from being razed down, thus saving senior citizens' homes and their lifetime investments. Ramesh led the campaign which forced the government to bow to the citizenry and change the train alignment. Ramesh comes with a strong expertise in property management, development and its legalities. He is the mentor, advisor and the brain behind SecureProp.

 

Mr. Venkatranga B

Venkat is technically qualified and has over two decades of experience in the realty industry. He was also an active campaigner in the Jayadeva-Namma Metro train realignment movement. He was earlier a part of a property management firm in Bengaluru.

 

Mr. Kadappa

Kadappa is a retired deputy director, Government of Karnataka and has served in various key departments including revenue. A Bar Council member, Kadappa is heading the legal team.
